Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AlterWorld: Native AI Learn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. This app uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), and AI results are probabilistic and may contain errors.

2. User-Generated Content & Copyright

Local Files: The app allows you to import files such as EPUB and TXT from your device. You represent that you have the necessary rights or licenses to view those files. AlterWorld does not provide, host, distribute, or encourage pirated content.

Lens Content: You are responsible for the content you capture or analyze with AI Lens. We claim no ownership over your imported books, photos, or learning materials.

3. AI Usage & Disclaimers

AI translations, image analysis, speech transcription, and explanations are for educational use. Do not rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. AI models may hallucinate or produce inaccurate content.

Reporting Mechanism: Please use the in-app "Report Issue" button to flag offensive, incorrect, or inappropriate AI-generated content.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy (Safety)

We prohibit using the app to generate, promote, or share illegal, harmful, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or abusive content.

Enforcement: Reported content may be reviewed, and users found violating this policy may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or Stripe depending on the platform. Auto-renewals must be canceled through the relevant store or payment provider before the renewal period.

6. Intellectual Property

The app's source code, design, Native Soul system, and branding are owned by the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal study.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlterWorld and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss in Guest Mode or mistakes in AI-generated translations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
